Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits. Responsibilities • Lead and monitor the progress of scaling and real estate projects, proactively flagging and resolving issues to keep projects on track • Develop scalable systems to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors and personnel, ensuring they work efficiently, effectively, and with accountability • Maintain effective and efficient records of real estate project progress by leveraging spreadsheets and project management software • Conduct research as needed, aggregate and synthesize data and insights into concise, actionable memos, compelling presentations and reports to support decision-making at both the board and leadership level • Design and implement robust tracking systems to manage real estate opportunities and transactions, ensuring high levels of organization and the ability to retrieve and analyze information quickly and effectively • Excel in internal and external communications, maintaining clear, persuasive, and frequent contact to move quickly on securing deals • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean start-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed Requirements • Bachelor's degree • 2 - 5 years of work experience in management consulting or project management • Strong ownership skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, overcome challenges, and drive projects to successful completion • Experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Nice-to-haves • Hands-on experience with managing requisitions on Coupa, or similar spend management platforms • Experience in the real estate sector, or other mission-driven, fast-growth organizations Benefits • Comprehensive and affordable medical, dental, and vision plans • Flexible spending accounts for eligible medical purchases and commuter expenses • 403(b) retirement plan; Zeta offers matching contributions toward your savings • Competitive compensation • MacBook Air • Zeta swag • Specified monthly reimbursement for use of mobile phone • Fully stocked teacher workrooms with favorite snacks and Nespresso machine • NYC's finest sweet treats • Team outings • Clear pathway to professional growth • Consistent feedback and support from managers and teammates • Community Circle practice to build and strengthen our sense of team • Interactive Mindfulness and DEIJ programming Apply tot his job
