Marketing & Comms Associate, Global Campaigns Strategy Analyst

Job Description:• Support end-to-end activation of marquee programs and thought leadership campaigns• Track, report, coordinate, and manage project timelines and deliverables• Optimize operational efficiencies using project management tools and collaboration technology• Manage campaign plans, creative assets, and strategic messaging across the enterprise• Support projects through the campaign lifecycle from conception to execution• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items• Gather campaign performance metrics and create reports to show campaign impact and ROI• Draft and distribute regular stakeholder updates on campaign progress• Conduct research on competitive campaigns, industry trends, and best practices• Maintain a central repository for campaign assets, messaging documents, and research• Work closely with the Global Campaign Strategy Lead and enterprise teams within Marketing & CommunicationsRequirements:• 2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or project management• Experience with marketing metrics, KPIs, and reporting• Strong project management and organizational skills• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field• Familiarity with marketing campaign strategies and best practices• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and timelines• Proficiency with project management software and the bolthires Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and other project management tools)• Self-starter who can professionally coordinate with internal clients and leaders• Strong attention to detail• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across levels and functions• High energy level and can-do spirit, able to work in a fast-paced matrixed professional services structure• Deep intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to all levels of the company• Eligible for any required U.S.Government export-control authorizationsBenefits: Apply tot his job
