Requirement: Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) Dashboard Expansion Location Requirement: Philippines-based freelancers only Freelancer Needed: Marketing Data Analyst / Marketing Data Specialist / Data Scientist We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst / Specialist to audit, expand, and optimize our existing Google Looker Studio dashboard to support additional marketing verticals beyond Paid Media. This role requires both technical Looker Studio expertise and a strong understanding of marketing performance across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels (POEM framework). Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities 1. Dashboard Architecture & Expansion Audit & Scale: Review the existing Paid Media Looker Studio dashboard to understand current logic, data sources, and blends. Integrate New Verticals: Build and integrate new dashboard pages/views for: Influencer Marketing: Engagement, reach, and ROI of influencer partnerships Owned Media: Organic performance across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Earned Media / Social Listening: Category hashtag volume, share of voice, and online conversation sentiment Data Connector Management: Manage and maintain data connections using Power My Analytics (PMA) or similar tools to ensure data accuracy and API stability. 2. Data Analysis & Strategic Insights Analyze relationships across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels (e.g., Does increased ad spend drive organic hashtag volume or engagement?) Monitor data hygiene, ensuring discrepancies between platform-native data (e.g., Meta Business Suite) and Looker Studio are minimized. Provide weekly or monthly executive summaries highlighting: Key trends Opportunities Anomalies or data inconsistencies 3. Maintenance & Optimization Troubleshoot broken data sources, API issues, or slow-loading visualizations. Create calculated fields and custom formulas in Looker Studio, including blended metrics such as: Total Engagement Rate across channels Consolidated reach or interaction metrics Requirements Technical Skills Advanced Google Looker Studio experience (data blending, calculated fields, parameters, regex, performance optimization) Connector Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power My Analytics or similar third-party connectors Social Media Data Knowledge: Understanding of available metrics and limitations across major platforms Google Sheets Proficiency: Ability to use Sheets as an intermediate database when direct connectors are insufficient Marketing Knowledge Strong understanding of the POEM Framework (Paid, Owned, Earned Media) Ability to distinguish between: Vanity metrics (likes, followers) Performance metrics (CTR, conversions, sentiment, ROI) Note: All metrics will be aligned and approved with the client before dashboard build Experience working with Influencer Marketing data, including: Whitelisting Dark posting Separating paid vs organic reach Soft Skills Data Storytelling: You design dashboards that answer business questions—not just display charts. Attention to Detail: You catch data issues (date ranges, null values, mismatches) before stakeholders do. Strong communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have Experience with Social Listening tools (e.g., Radarly) and exporting their data into Looker Studio Engagement Details Project-based, with potential for ongoing dashboard maintenance and optimization Experience with similar marketing or media dashboards is highly preferred Apply tot his job
