Sitting across Salesforce, Unify, and Freckle, the Marketing Operations Specialist ensures that small changes don’t cascade into broken flows, messy data, or lost leverage. The goal of this role is to create scalable, programmatic marketing execution through clean configuration, automation, and well-documented playbooks—freeing up GTM Ops and the broader marketing team to move faster toward the next growth phase. • Employment: • Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$90,000 About Sitemate Sitemate builds best-in-class software for the built world - empowering construction, infrastructure, and industrial companies to work smarter and faster. Hear it straight from the team: People of Sitemate ⭐ Read what our customers say: G2 Crowd, Trust Radius Team Offsites: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 Day-to-Day • Own configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of marketing systems across Salesforce, Unify, Freckle, and adjacent tools • Build, stitch, and maintain automations (e.g. lead flows, routing, intent-triggered outbound, campaign enablement) • Ensure data integrity and tightness across the top-of-funnel as new channels, programs, and tweaks are introduced • Partner with Marketing and GTM Ops to translate strategy, playbooks, and frameworks into executable systems • Switch programs on/off, iterate flows, and clean up legacy or broken logic with a systems-first mindset • Document systems, use cases, and operating procedures to create repeatability and leverage ⚡ Challenges • Small upstream changes can cascade quickly through Salesforce and break downstream processes if not tightly managed • Scaling marketing channels and SDR headcount increases system complexity at the top of the funnel • Balancing speed of experimentation with system stability and data quality ✅ Who This Role is For • Someone who enjoys being “in the weeds” of config, automation, and system logic • A systems- and automation-oriented operator who likes building the glue and piping behind the scenes • A profile coming from CRM Ops, GTM Ops, or Marketing Operations who thrives on structured, programmatic work Who This Role is Not For • Someone primarily motivated by creative copywriting or campaign ideation • A role expecting high-touch leadership or taste-driven decision-making (design/copy-led) Skills & Tools Must Have: • Strong Salesforce admin or configuration experience (certification a plus) • Proven experience building and maintaining automations and operational workflows • Systems thinking: ability to anticipate downstream impacts of upstream changes Nice to Have: • Experience with Unify (intent signals, outbound workflows) • Experience with Freckle or similar enrichment / data tooling • Comfort using Zapier or similar tools to connect systems Essential Tools: • Slack • Salesforce • Zapier • Unify • Freckle • ChatGPT Bonus Tools: • Wordpress • Clause • Other Automation Tooling (Make) PLEASE Note: • We do not use recruitment partners or services, so please save your time and don't reach out This offer from "Sitemate" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 77% flex score.
