Job DescriptionCandidates must reside in New Mexico or TexasJOB CATEGORY: MENTAL HEALTH / THERAPIST / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH / REMOTE / SOCIAL WORKPOSITION SUMMARY:This professional position provides all (100%) therapy services remotely to Behavioral Health clients via a synchronous telehealth communications system. QualificationsREQUIREMENTSEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:• Minimum of Master's degree from an accredited college or university. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:• New Mexico State licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor or social worker is required, e.g., LMHC, LAMFT, LPC, LMSW, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPAT.Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment. • Candidates must reside in New Mexico or Texas. SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:This position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment:• Criminal Records Check. $500 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUSBONUSES• All bonuses subject to tax withholding and eligibility requirements. • Current employees are not eligible for sign-on bonus when transferring to a remote position.
