Most businesses we help sell are under $20M in valuation, but we also support businesses up to $100M in valuation. Role Overview We are seeking experienced, well-connected professionals to join us as M&A Strategic Advisors / Origination Partners. This is a part-time, referral-based role focused exclusively on sourcing and introducing qualified business sale opportunities to our Transworld M&A team. This role is not a business broker position, does not require a real estate or broker license, and does not involve executing transactions, valuations, negotiations, or deal management. Think of this role as the M&A equivalent of a Venture Partner for Venture Capital Firms — relationship-driven, senior, and origination-focused. Key Responsibilities • Source and introduce qualified business owners interested in selling their companies • Leverage personal, professional, and industry networks to generate deal flow • Make warm introductions between sellers and the Transworld brokerage team • Help position opportunities at a high level (no pricing, negotiation, or execution) • Act as a trusted connector and relationship ambassador What This Role Does NOT Include • No deal execution or transaction management • No negotiations or buyer/seller representation • No valuations or listing agreements • No broker or real estate license required All transaction execution is handled exclusively by licensed Transworld Business Advisors. Ideal Background This role is a strong fit for: • Former or current executives, founders, operators • Investors, family office advisors, PE/VC professionals • Industry executives with deep sector relationships • Business consultants, attorneys, CPAs, or senior advisors (where permitted) You should be comfortable opening doors, not running deals.
