The role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, supporting key operational processes, and collaborating closely with different cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously, investigate and resolve issues independently, and play a critical role in supporting the account matching and mapping process.Your work will drive informed, data-driven decision-making and help optimize processes across the organization. Responsibilities:• Support the account matching and mapping process ensuring accuracy and consistency• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and support business decision-making. • Analyze complex datasets from various sources (including Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake) to identify trends and anomalies• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support• Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness• Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on analyticsMust be proficient with:• Strong data analysis in Google Sheet/Excel• Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction• Salesforce (CRM) - Account, Opportunity, Reports and related fields• General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)• Fundamental IT concepts (databases, security, networking) and basic programming concepts Apply tot his job
