Middle School Math Tutor (Grades 6–8)
About 2tors: At 2tors, students benefit from two tutors working together to maximize results. We are hiring math tutors to tutor middle school students in math, including grade-level math (6–8) and Pre-Algebra concepts. Responsibilities • Tutor middle school math subjects (Numbers & Operations, Algebra & Expressions, Geometry & Measurement, Statistics & Probability). • Work closely with a co-tutor to align on strategies and student support. • Adapt sessions to different student learning styles and levels. • Track performance and report progress. What to Expect • This is a contract tutoring role with flexible, demand-based scheduling. • Assignment of work depends on student needs and tutor expertise. • Tutors who show reliability and strong results will often develop consistent schedules. Requirements • Proficiency in all middle school-level math subjects. • Tutoring/teaching experience is strongly preferred. • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism in an online environment. • A passion for helping students build confidence and excel academically.
