ML Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced ML Engineering Manager to at Zendesk. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will lead our ML engineering team to drive the development of groundbreaking ML/AI products. You will be responsible for leading the team to develop innovative machine learning models, create efficient ML pipelines, and deploy models efficiently in production.You should have an extensive background in ML engineering, a strong technical background in ML/AI, and be able to work with other team members to develop and deliver quality ML products.The ideal candidate will have a passion for ML/AI, be an effective leader, and have a strong sense of collaboration.To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience with ML engineering, including the development of ML algorithms, deploying models in production, and troubleshooting ML systems. You should also have the ability to effectively manage and lead a team of ML engineers, and possess excellent communication skills.
