Job Title: Network Construction Manager Location: Seattle, WA (FullyRemote Local Travel Required) Duration: 12 Months Position Overview:• Seeking an experienced Network Construction Manager to oversee construction activities across multiple fiber, small cell, and DAS projects. This role manages vendors, directs field activities, ensures construction quality and compliance, and maintains on-time, on-budget delivery of network infrastructure. • The position is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in the Seattle, WA region, with regular travel to field sites (2 3 days per week).TopRequired Skills:• Vendor Management• Small Cell Construction + Right-of-Way experience• Construction drawings (node/hub/fiber)• Strong problem-solving skills• MS Office / Excel proficiencyKey Responsibilities:• Lead all construction aspects of Crown Castle projects, including vendor oversight and subcontractor coordination. • Serve as the subject matter expert for construction issues on DAS, small cell, fiber, and tower modification projects. • Oversee both above-ground and underground utility and fiber installation activities.• Conduct site visits: bid walks, pre-construction, in-progress inspections, punch walks, and closeouts. • Participate in vendor selection and negotiate cost within project scope. • Provide clear communication to Program/District Managers regarding cost, schedule risks, and issues. • Ensure work adheres to Crown Castle construction standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations. • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely closeout packages. • Manage project tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.• Represent Crown Castle in customer meetings and support relationship-building. • Act as a safety and quality assurance representative in the field. Education & Certifications:• High school diploma required• Valid driver's license requiredExperience Requirements:• 3 5 years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience• Experience with aerial and underground OSP construction• Familiarity with RF sweep, OTDR, power meter, and PIM testing• Knowledge of NESC, NEC, and OSHA standardsAdditional Skills:• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints• Knowledge of site acquisition, permitting, and regulatory processes• Strong workflow management and problem-solving skills• Customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills• Strong computer skills (MS Office, project management applications)Compensation & Logistics:• Overtime Approved: Yes (1.35x)• Double Time: 1.7x• Expenses Reimbursed: Mileage, cell phone, internet for field work• Travel: 50% local field; occasional travel outside WA#CareerBuilder #Monster #Dice #Indeed Apply tot his job
