This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments. We have an immediate opening for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Customer Service Team as a New Patient Scheduler for our New Patient Center. This is a full-time position working Mon. - Fri. 8am-5:00pm Remote. How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Patient Liaison is responsible for: Responsibilities include: Accept in-bound calls, chats, and inquiry forms and ensure optimal patient service Answer inquiries and schedule medical appointments for people who are considering fertility treatment Screen inquiries appropriately to help create satisfied new patients Maintain high level of best-in-class customer experience/professionalism with a wide range of customers Assist prospective patients in empathetic, efficient manner Accurately maintain customer database Coordinate with all Shady Grove Fertility offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transition of prospective patients and the highest level of patient satisfaction Track and follow up with prospective patients to meet a wide range of patient needs Make recommendations for process improvement and suggest opportunities to increase new patient opportunities. This position does not involve any cold calling or telemarketing What You'll Bring: The skills and education we need are: Ability to provide exceptional customer service with at least 2 years of call center, healthcare front office, or patient scheduling experience Ability to build relationships and communicate information in an effective and empathetic manner Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within and across departments Ability to multitask and stay organized Ability to navigate through multiple software interfaces with speed and accuracy Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual in Spanish a plus More important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
