About the position The Oncology Hybrid Sales Specialist at IQVIA is responsible for promoting the Lung Oncology Portfolio by engaging with key accounts through various communication methods, including outbound and inbound calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person visits. This role requires a multifaceted approach to enhance product knowledge and ensure proper resource allocation within the territory. The specialist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convey complex clinical information and address the unmet needs of patients, ultimately driving sales success and improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities • Utilize a multifaceted approach to communicate with key accounts including outbound calls and inbound calls. • Educate stakeholders via Zoom and in-person meetings about the oncology portfolio. • Serve as the key conduit for resource allocation and utilization within the territory. • Convey complex clinical, diagnostics, and access information to customers and stakeholders. • Define patient unmet needs and align on compliant solutions that exceed customer expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure the availability of company services. • Request, organize, and attend relevant oncology conferences, which may occur on weekends. • Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives and supporting materials. Requirements • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school required. • 3 years sales experience in pharma/biotech/device required. • 2 years Remote/Inside sales experience preferred. • Oncology sales experience preferred. • Self-motivated with a track record of sales success in prior roles. • Superior communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work from home, including appropriate office environment. • Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential. • High level of learning agility in supporting multiple brands. • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives. • Proven ability to communicate complex clinical messages with customers. • Prior experience working and collaborating in an account team environment. • Knowledge of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathway for specialty products. • Proven ability to examine business environment and assess business opportunities.
