We have an immediate opening for an entry level Operational Support Analyst to join our Newark, DE team! Location: Newark, DE office (In this position, the employee will work 3 days consecutive in-office and 2 days consecutive remote from home. (M/T/W in office and remote on Th/F; hours are 8am-4pm)Job Summary:Operational Support Analyst is an entry level position in the Client Development and Support Department and is responsible for a variety of tasks that range from printing healthcare forms and processing mail to preforming audits and monitoring the inflow of files.The Operational Support Analyst serves as a resource to the MBMS staff to provide support in regards to basic database and system updates/changes.
