Operations and Finance Director
Job Overview The Director of Operations Finance is responsible for the company's overall financial management, budget control, and business operations optimization, ensuring that financial strategies are closely aligned with the company's business objectives. This position typically reports to the CFO or CEO and serves as a crucial link between strategic planning and daily operations. II. Key Responsibilities Financial Management and Strategic Planning Responsible for the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, cash flow, and cost management. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop financial forecasting models and business analysis tools to provide data support for senior management decisions. Manage capital structure, financing arrangements, and investment return analysis. Operations Management Optimize internal processes and operational efficiency, including procurement, inventory, project execution, and administrative support. Develop and implement KPIs and performance evaluation systems to ensure operational objectives are met. Coordinate resources across departments to achieve cross-functional collaboration and business integration. Support corporate strategic planning and the implementation of major projects. Risk Management and Compliance Oversee internal control systems to mitigate financial and operational risks. Ensure the company complies with tax, legal, and industry regulatory requirements. Responsible for internal and external audit liaison. Team Building and Management Recruit, train, and manage the finance and operations team. Develop the team's analytical skills and business acumen. Establish a high-performing, collaborative team culture and drive continuous organizational improvement. Data Analysis and Decision Support Provide financial and operational data analysis to support strategic and investment decisions. Monitor budget execution and performance reporting across business units. Support corporate performance optimization and growth strategies. III. Qualifications Education Background Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA/CMA/MBA certifications are preferred. Work Experience 20+ years of experience in finance and operations management. At least 15 years of experience leading teams. Experience managing across departments and business lines. Familiarity with financial systems, budget management, and corporate operational processes. Skills Requirements Financial analysis, budget management, cost control, and risk management skills.
