Operations & Strategic Planning Executive
Job Description:• Accountable for providing strategic, operational, and analytical support for the Imaging sales organization• Collaborating closely with Imaging Segment Leaders & Product Managers in implementing product strategies• Delivering strategic analytics and insights to drive revenue execution• Developing strategies to improve effectiveness and performance through organizational design• Leading weekly USCAN team call and agenda planning• Leading pricing strategy and execution for all modalities for USCAN level initiativesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant operational leadership• Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills• Ability to influence, drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment• Strong management skills and capability to develop talents• Technical competency in using financial reporting toolsBenefits:• Health insurance• 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities• Paid time off• Life, disability, and accident insurance• Tuition reimbursement Apply tot his job
