Outbound B2B Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive sales ofThe Lost Letters Collection, a premium epistolary storytelling service for senior living and retirement communities. This is a commission-based contractor role, perfect for someone with sales experience targeting decision-makers in healthcare, wellness, or activity programs. The average milestone to start will be for 50 units ordered and pay ~ $725, and then overtime will move to $1,425 as orders can be fulfilled at larger numbers.What You’ll Do:Identify and contact decision-makers (Activity Directors, Life Enrichment Coordinators, Wellness Managers) at senior living and retirement communities. Share previews and explain the program’s benefits for residents and staff. Guide prospects through discovery, qualify leads, and gather necessary information for the internal team to generate invoices. Maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts. Follow up to nurture relationships and secure repeat orders. Compensation:Commission: 15% of paid units sold.Potential for increased commission percentage after reaching certain sales milestones. Opportunity for promotion to Account Manager overseeing a small BDR team. Requirements:Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, healthcare, or senior living sectors.
