Outbound Operations Specialist (B2B Lead Gen, Instantly, Email Bison, Data Cleanup, Replies, Sheets)
We are a growing B2B outbound business development firm looking for a detail-oriented Outbound Operations Specialist to support list building, ICP development, Instantly operations, Email Bison operations, reply management, client reporting, and daily preparation for our SDR. This is a long-term role (6–24 months). Part-time: 4 hours/day, 1pm–5pm ET (or overnight shift depending on candidate). About UsWe run outbound systems for B2B clients. We handle ICP creation, list building, segmentation, cold email operations, reply handling, campaign management, and weekly reporting.Role OverviewYour job is to keep outbound operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. This includes:ICPs + Targeting• Build ICPs based on client industries• Create search logic for ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Sales Navigator• Segment lists by persona, industry, revenue, etc• Generate lists based on client-specific targeting criteria• Ensure all lists match the client’s ideal profile and use accurate filtersList Building + Data Work• Build targeted lead lists from scratch• Organize lists clearly by segment, persona, and criteria• QC lists before scraping or uploading• Clean, dedupe, and structure data• Maintain organized Google SheetsCampaign Operations (Instantly + Email Bison)• Prepare CSVs and upload leads• QA campaigns before sending (tokens, variables, Calendly links, targeting)• Set up and schedule campaigns• Monitor performance metrics and flag issues• Fix small issues independently• Maintain clean sending infrastructure inside Email BisonReply Handling• Categorize inbound replies accurately• Draft responses when appropriate• Escalate high-value replies to the SDR• Maintain a reply-tracking sheetSDR Support• Prepare daily call lists• Clean job titles and verify relevance• Add notes and context• Organize data so the SDR can execute without confusionClient Reporting + Performance Tracking• Prepare weekly end-of-week (EOW) client reports• Track campaign results for each client• Update reporting sheets with performance data• Highlight wins, issues, and areas for improvement• Ensure all metrics are consistent and accurateQuality Control• Double-check everything• Catch errors before they go live• Reduce avoidable mistakesImportant Note About CallingThis is primarily a cold email, data, and project management focused role.You will do a small amount of cold calling, but primarily you are here to manage the entire sales system as an ops person.
