Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Make a Meaningful Impact Location: Remote Job Type: Part-Time Contact: Anna Smith – [email protected] Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our specialized team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans to support individuals with behavioral challenges. You’ll work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes, providing personalized, evidence-based care that truly makes a difference in clients’ lives. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and monitor customized behavior intervention programs based on individual assessments • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of behaviors • Develop comprehensive care plans using evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s needs • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members • Collaborate effectively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and program modifications in line with organizational standards • Offer guidance and support to caregivers in implementing behavior strategies in daily routines • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavior analysis to continually improve service quality Experience & Qualifications • Active BCBA certification recognized in the U.S. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and empathetically • Proven experience developing care plans and implementing behavior intervention programs for diverse populations • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members • Proficiency with IT systems used for data collection, program documentation, and reporting • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families is highly desirable Why Join Us • Make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives using evidence-based practices • Work in a collaborative and supportive environment • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership • Flexible work arrangements depending on assignment needs Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour License/Certification: • BCBA (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
