EdifyUp is a growing online platform dedicated to supporting adults 60 years and older, especially those who are immigrants to the United States and want to improve their English for everyday life. Our sessions are warm, simple, and paced gently for older adults. We are looking for a part‑time English teacher who is patient, friendly, and passionate about helping seniors build confidence in daily communication. Responsibilities • Teach a minimum of 3 online group sessions per week • Share your availability for private sessions • Create pre‑recorded video lessons to upload to our website • Provide clear, simple, and supportive instruction for beginner‑level learners • Maintain a positive, encouraging environment for older adults Requirements • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience • Patient, warm, and able to teach with a smile • Enthusiastic, positive, and culturally sensitive • Comfortable teaching online and communicating clearly About the Role This is a meaningful opportunity to support seniors who want to feel more confident in their daily lives speaking to doctors, talking to neighbors, joining community activities, and staying connected with family.
