Our platform leverages cutting-edge technology including AI to address systemic challenges in healthcare access, pricing, and quality.===========================================ROLE OVERVIEWWe're seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. ===========================================KEY RESPONSIBILITIESADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items from leadership meetings. Organize and maintain digital filing systems and documentation. Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of leadership team. PROJECT COORDINATION: Support project tracking and follow-up on deliverables. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain project management tools and status reports. Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials. OPERATIONS SUPPORT: Process invoices, expenses, and maintain organized financial records.Support event planning for team offsites and meetings. Handle travel arrangements and logistics as needed. COMMUNICATION & DOCUMENTATION: Draft and edit emails, memos, and other business communications. Create and maintain standard operating procedures and templates. Support internal communications and team updates. Help maintain company knowledge base and documentation. ===========================================REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSWe're looking for someone with 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience who has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.You must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with bolthires Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar). The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. You should be comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools quickly. ===========================================PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in healthcare, health tech, or startup environments is a plus. We'd love to see experience with project management tools such as the Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence) or similar platforms.Familiarity with CRM systems and data management, experience with bolthires Meet and other remote collaboration tools, understanding of healthcare terminology and regulatory environment, and background in supporting C-level executives are all valuable additions. ===========================================WORK ENVIRONMENTThis is a remote position with flexible hours. We expect a commitment of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
