PART-TIME Inbound Customer Service Representative- Work from Home -TEXAS

PART-TIME Only Inbound Billing - Customer Service Representative (Remote Work from Home) Shift within hours of 10:00am - 7:00 pm CST. You potentially would work 4-5 days with 6 or 8 hour shifts. We are looking for someone Part-Time currently who wants to work into more full time shifts, or also option to stay part time. Starting PT with 28-36 hours per week and grow into more based on performance and desire. Description You must be a resident of Texas to be considered. Customer Service Representatives will be participating in paid, virtual on camera training from home. In this role, the Customer Service Representative should be disciplined and strongly self-motivated to take great care of the customers and resolve their needs. The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is supporting our account is to handle a high volume of calls in a professional and courteous manner. Calls come from a variety of sources. Our primary calls consist of: • Customer calls consist of a variety of questions regarding their account balance, payment activity, setting up payment arrangements and adjustments. Agents will assist with customer portal and update all account information. Agents will use the systems available to access and are expected to review the account, answer the customers' questions. • Candidates must have computer experience and be comfortable working in different systems and/or screens at same. Requirements • Part-Time Shifts only to start; 28-36 hours • MUST be a resident of TEXAS; valid proof will be requested (Tx drivers license) • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have a HS Diploma/GED • Must be able to pass a background check • A quiet workspace mandatory, ergonomic chair, and desk • Must be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM • Self-motivated/Self-disciplined • Strong Work Ethic • Professional Demeanor • Computer Skills • Detail Oriented • Strong communication skills both verbal and written Technology Requirements: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER, HEADSET, 2 MONITORS, WEBCAM Below are the necessary computer requirements.
