Key Responsibilities Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open requests in our ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk and ensure that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service Email responses to customers to provide updates and ensure that their issues are resolved efficiently Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that tickets are closed out quickly and that customers receive the support they need Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer service. While no prior experience is required, previous experience in an I.T. Help Desk ticket environment or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer would be an asset.
