The RoleVensure Global is in a high-growth phase, and we're looking for aSenior Partner Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic alliances that drive new business and expand our market reach.What you'll do:Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms. Drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners. Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle. Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution. Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth. Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables.Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits. Train and enable partners, building a high level of awareness on our tech-enabled solutions and future developments. Communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance. What we're looking for:Experience: You have 5-7+ years of experience in a partnership or channel management role. Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the private equity and venture capital landscape, with a well-established network.Communication Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English, along with robust research capabilities. Collaboration: An active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows. PriorExperience: Previous experience working with an HR or FinTech company. Startup Mindset: Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-growth environment. Cross-Functional Acumen: Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization.Analytical Skills: Data-driven, analytical, and research-oriented. The annual gross salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, plus variable compensation. We will consider all qualified applicants who meet the inherent requirements for the position.
