They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client onboarding for our insurance products. The onboarding process for each client is unique and this role is responsible for ensuring the team executes with accuracy, complies with established processes, and delivers exceptional service post sales.This role requires a strong understanding of payroll laws, systems, and regulations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent client management skills, be a self-starter, develop exemplary teams, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This position interfaces with both internal and external business partners. We are looking for a personable individual who is data driven with an eye to continuous quality improvement for all metrics. Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end client onboarding experience for new clients from contract signing through first service delivery adhering to established timelines.• Support other staff through all facets of implementation as needed. • Improve client experience through continuous quality improvement of established processes. • Track and report status both internally and externally. • Serves as the point of escalation for all involved stakeholders as it relates to client onboarding experience. Including but not limited to the employer, broker, internal management, and any other business partners. • Routinely conduct reviews of client cases and staff performance. • Ensure all aspects of system configuration are completed timely and with accuracy.• Serve as an expert on our proprietary system both internally and externally. • Understanding of API processing and date transformation. • Provide training and support to stakeholders on payroll processes, system usage, and compliance matters. • Stay current on industry best practices and share knowledge with clients and colleagues related to products, processes, and policy. QualificationsRequired:• 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding and benefit account management. • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.• Proficiency in using Excel and bolthires Platform. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexible in a growing and changing work environment. • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage sensitive information. Preferred:• Strong project and client management experience. • 1-3 years health insurance industry experience. • Bachelor's degree.
