PE Analyst
Job Description:• Research on technology, software, and health/wellness/healthcare businesses• Financial modeling for both deals and portfolio company monitoring• Writing to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting decisions• Preparing investor materials, including decks, memos, financial models, and more• Monitoring portfolio companies and related news/events• Developing corporate strategy• Other responsibilities to support the Founding Partner and CEO, as mutually agreedRequirements:• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity/venture capital• Finance/Accounting experience and financial modeling skills (not required)• Microsoft Word and Excel skills; Canva skills• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and operate as a team player• Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysis• Strong work ethic and attention to detail• Graduation Date Graduating May 2026 - May 2028• School Years Sophomore, Junior, Senior• Majors No Major preference• GPA 3.8• Work Authorization US work authorization is required, but we accept OPT/CPT candidatesBenefits:• Flexible remote position• This internship is unpaid Apply tot his job
