About the positionResponsibilities• Conduct architectural reviews of submitted projects. • Manage the coordination of engineering and Fire Life Safety plan reviews. • Support project sponsors and architects of record in their efforts to comply with applicable regulations. • Assist licensing agencies to ensure that completed projects comply with applicable regulations. Requirements• Two years of experience in the research, development, design, construction, alteration, or repair of Oregon health and residential care facilities.• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or three more years of pertinent architecture experience. Nice-to-haves• Skills necessary to manage various often unrelated tasks concurrently. • Ability to demonstrate competence in application of rules and codes. • Ability to productively interact with diverse partners and facilitate the development of draft rule language.
