PR Manager – Executive & Corporate Communications
Job Description: • Own and execute executive communications strategies for our CRO and other senior leaders, elevating the visibility and credibility of Deel’s leaders across media, events, social, and owned channels • Prepare executives for high-stakes analyst meetings, interviews, and public appearances through research, messaging, and detailed briefing materials • Support planning and execution of executive events, conferences, and high-profile executive speaking engagements, particularly in the Bay Area • Develop short- and long-term, scalable PR strategies and tactics to promote thought leadership and corporate narratives • Swiftly capture and translate executive voice, point of view, and strategic intent into high-impact content, including press releases, blog posts, op-eds, bylines, speeches, and social content • Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and conference organizers. Create compelling, timely media pitches tailored to top-tier and trade outlets. • Partner with corporate comms colleagues on investor-facing communications, earnings-related moments, analyst reports and major corporate milestones • Partner with the global communications team and PR agencies to ensure alignment, speed, and consistency across markets Requirements: • 7–10+ years of experience in PR, exec communications or external communications • Strong executive presence with the judgment and confidence to advise and influence C-suite and senior leaders in real time • Strong understanding of the U.S. media landscape and current media relationships • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, accountability, and comfort operating autonomously • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, high-velocity environment working with cross functional partners • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or high-impact communications • B2B tech, SaaS, or HR comms experience is a plus • Experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup or scale-up is a plus Benefits: • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access Apply tot his job
