In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders from Federal IT (Information Technology), Technology Consulting Solutions (TCS), and Corporate Information Technology (IT) Segments, implementing innovative strategies to attract and hire a diverse pool of qualified technical professionals for a dynamic portfolio.You will join an innovative recruiting practice supporting a growing portfolio of software, cloud, data science, and cyber business. Responsibilities:· Build sourcing strategies tailored to passive candidates, ensuring a targeted approach for proposal projects and best-athlete requisitions.. · Consistently deliver signed contingent offers, letters of intent (LOI) or letters of commitment (LOC) as appropriate for assigned roles in accordance with team offer volume and time to fill targets.· Accurately and consistently maintain CRM (Candidate Relationship Management), ATS (Application Tracking System) and other documentation systems of record and accountability for search efforts. · Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to deeply understand the requirements of open positions and build accurate, appealing, and compliant job descriptions. · Collaborate with sourcers, hiring managers, and leadership to develop and execute advanced recruiting strategies to include active and passive job seekers.· Build and track high-quality pipelines of potential candidates for various technical roles. · Effectively operate in highly cleared and technical talent markets with knowledge of the industry to successfully run targeted search campaigns. · Manage a dynamic requisition load (proposal roles and best athlete opportunities), ensuring that all priorities and goals are achieved. · Perform a variety of professional and administrative job functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates to effectively meet the organization's proposal and best-athlete staffing requirements.· Identify candidates from numerous sources, efficiently using our applicant tracking system, screen, and qualify candidates. · Actively track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP. · Implement and deliver innovative strategies to attract and hire a diverse pool of qualified technical talent. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scopes, timelines, and talent requirements for proposal and competitive opportunities.· Develop and execute advanced staffing and sourcing strategies, sourcing and recruiting professional-level candidates for proposal requisitions, best athlete requisitions, building quality pipelines of passive and active talent. Requirements:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 3+ years of experience supporting complex or hard-to-fill recruitment projects. 3+ years of experience recruiting within technical and government contracting businesses, including knowledge of civilian background requirements and fluency with DOD (Department of Defense) and intelligence community (IC) clearances.3+ years of experience sourcing on job boards, ATS, and social networking sites. Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is preferred but not required. Demonstrated capacity to manage a dynamic requisition load of 20 or more concurrent requirements. Strong knowledge of EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and OFCCP compliance requirements including requisition and applicant tracking (ATS) data management and documentation requirements. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with top-level executives and collaborate within a team.
