Principal Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description:• Performs problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex technical infrastructure issues• Responds to issues in a timely manner by receiving and investigating incidents or service tickets• Analyzes and observes trends with technical issues and develops recommendations for long-term improvements• Applies in-depth knowledge of technical infrastructure, support, and an understanding of best practices• Provides implementation and service support of core IT Platform infrastructure with a focus on Production Stability / Uptime• Provides continuous Capacity Planning to ensure service demands can be met• Provides support for SOC-1 and SOC-2 compliance and carrier partner auditsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience• Excellent knowledge of technical management and data governance• Database management skills with the ability to produce reports• Familiarity with the support and troubleshooting of personal computers and tablet devices• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organizationBenefits:• Health insurance• Remote work options• Professional development opportunities Apply tot his job
