To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Product Manager - Technical to join our Device Sales and Customer Experience team. Job Overview The Principal Product Manager - Technical will play a crucial role in growing the Device Installments business, managing a suite of payment products, including arenaflex's own Monthly Payment product, and other products such as Affirm and credit card payment options. This position requires a high level of business judgment, technical expertise, and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage a significant P&L, inspecting both inputs and outputs to achieve financial goals. Define a world-class online customer experience for arenaflex devices; write working backwards docs to succinctly capture the envisioned customer benefit and functional requirements. Lead discussion and thinking with the highest-level stakeholders to push into testing new ideas. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. Provide thought leadership with engineering on implementation. Role is global in nature and will work with teams in other geographies. Manage a suite of payment products, including arenaflex's own Monthly Payment product, and other products such as Affirm and credit card payment options. Lead initiatives to drive customer discovery and understanding of different payment options. Work with a dedicated engineering team, as well as influence partner teams in other organizations to drive the product roadmap. Have business management responsibilities for Installments performance overall, and influence levers such as enrollment criteria to manage bad debt, manage profitability, and make trade-offs between different payments vehicles. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with end-to-end product delivery. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product. Experience in technical product management. Highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization, and adept at working with engineering teams at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love. Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements. Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement. Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a global organization, with teams in multiple geographies. Experience with payment products and services. Experience with customer experience improvements and user research. Experience with data analysis and interpretation. Experience with stakeholder management and communication. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
