Develop and maintain a comprehensive Privileged Identity & Access Management (PAM) strategy for the organization. Establish and implement governance practices, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of privileged access within the company. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in the PAM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PAM policies and procedures align with overall cybersecurity goals and objectives.Monitor and analyze PAM systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. Train and educate employees on proper PAM protocols and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in PAM and cybersecurity to proactively identify and address potential risks. Work closely with IT and security teams to identify and resolve any PAM-related issues or incidents. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of PAM tools and technologies.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of PAM initiatives and any potential risks or threats.
