Product Strategy Analyst
The Product Strategy team is seeking a driven and analytical Product Strategy Analyst to help support our growing initiatives. In this role, you’ll break down complex problems into structured steps, interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly to both support teams and leadership. We’re looking for someone who can translate business needs into actionable requirements or solutions. You’ll partner closely with the Product Manager on new project implementations and support key cost‑containment programs such as Shared Savings and Fixed Charges To be successful on this team, you’ll need: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access Experience with SQL queries Strong data-mining abilities Strong communication skills The capacity to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment Additionally, experience with BigQuery and Dbeaver would be a plus. Note: Sponsorship isn’t available for this position. Job Responsibilities Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures. Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups, and making recommendations to management on efficiencies. Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources. Analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations. Job Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment Experience 3 years - Technical or operational experience required SkillsCertifications Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability. Analytical and decision-making abilities.
