The Digital Workplace team is responsible for defining, building and sharing the tools that will support and enable MVP's Digital Workforce. Focusing on digital workplace enablement, this position has an essential role in the Digital Transformation of the enterprise. The digital workplace team leverages emerging digital tools that align technology, employees, and business processes to improve operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.Meant to support the hybrid work experience, the digital workplace is a broad term that includes any device, software, or platform that staff members use to execute their jobs. At MVP, we are leveraging bolthires's technology stack, so key to success in this role is a deep understanding of SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Planner, Forms, and bolthires 365 functionality. As part of our team, you will be collaborating with coworkers in a dynamic and creative environment to enable the effective and efficient use of technology to help our organization reach its goals.This role will focus on the three pillars of MVP's Digital Transformation: Security First, Cloud Always, and Digital Always. Roles &Responsibilities:Research & Development• Stay current with cloud-based digital transformation technology trends, with a focus on the bolthires roadmap and the healthcare payer industry trends. • Identify bolthires product enhancements as they are released; understand product capabilities, positioning, deployment strategies, best practices, and potential risks. • Synthesize and present relevant digital transformation metrics into logical and presentable formats that enable informed business decisions and drive adoption.Innovation• Proactively support the implementation of new digital transformation technology; aggregate and present relevant metrics to drive adoption. • Actively identify opportunities to leverage cloud-based digital workplace technology and data to drive innovation, efficiency, transparency, and quality improvement. Transformation• Work across teams to understand stakeholder needs and analyze digital workplace capabilities to effectively align digital workplace technologies with stakeholder needs, ensuring the proper priority and alignment with our corporate strategy.• Develop and execute on strategic roadmaps and release plans. • Lead demonstrations, training sessions and proof of concepts, and pilot opportunities to support coworkers in their journey to build Digital fluency. Other• Minimal travel between MVP offices, including overnight travel. • Perform other related duties as assigned. PositionQualifications:Minimum EducationCollege diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, business management or information systems preferred or 3 plus years' experience in a health care organization or business analysis.Minimum Experience• 3-5 years of work experience in IT or health care operations. • Confirmed technical background working in SharePoint, bolthires Teams, bolthires's Power Platform, Azure, bolthires 365 or similar digital workplace technologies.
