Project Manager – Education Research
Job Description: • Managing research and evaluation projects and teams • Developing and implementing work plans and research/evaluation designs • Leading data collection activities • Analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data • Preparing high-quality written products—including reports, literature reviews, briefs—and delivering presentations Requirements: • Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or Doctorate) in Education, Measurement and Evaluation, Public Policy, Social Science, or a related discipline • 5+ years of education research and evaluation experience • Designing research studies/program evaluations • Conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis • Experience using analytical packages such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS, Dedoose, or NVivo • 5+ years managing projects • 5+ years prior work experience in a consulting environment Benefits: • Reasonable Accommodations are available, including, but not limited to, for disabled veterans, individuals with disabilities, and individuals with sincerely held religious beliefs, in all phases of the application and employment process.
