Property Manager (Single-Family & Small Multi-Family)

TPG Management is a New Jersey–based property management firm specializing in single-family and small multi-family residential rentals. We provide full-service management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance. Our mission is to protect property investments while scaling efficiently, with a goal of reaching 1,000 properties under management. We value professionalism, accountability, and strong relationships with both owners and residents. Responsibilities • Manage single-family and small multi-family properties from A–Z • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, with a strong focus on owner satisfaction and retention • Perform in-field work 1–2 days per week, including: ,Property inspections, Owner meetings, Vendor meetings, Tenant escalation meetings • Oversee daily property operations: ,Maintenance coordination, Lease enforcement and compliance, Tenant communication and issue resolution, and compliance with state and local regulations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Leasing, and Accounting teams • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to protect asset value Requirements • 3+ years of experience managing single-family and multi-family properties • Experience working with both mom-and-pop owners and investors. • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid / mostly remote environment • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively What We’re Looking For • Ownership mindset with strong accountability • Professional, confident communicator • Detail-oriented and solution-driven • Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation based on experience • Health benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid vacation • Gas and mileage reimbursement for in-field work • Long-term growth opportunity within a scaling property management firm Apply tot his job
