In this Proposal Manager (Early-Career) role, youwill be responsible for working as a TerminalHigh Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)Acquisition/Proposal Lead focusing primarily onfuture efforts/contracts and acquisition strategyand NBAE.The main role of the THAAD NewBusiness Team within the context of proposaldevelopment is to provide leadership, oversight,and acquisition strategy to the THAAD FMS,ACD, TPSC, Production, and future contracts. This role will lead and support other ProposalManagers across the THAAD contracts to evolveprogram needs into a fully defined, on-contractproject with the U.S. Government. This involvesthe entire acquisition life cycle from pre-coordinationwith Government, developing ProgramManagement Estimates (PMEs), RoughOrders of Magnitude (ROMs) and Proposals, andsupporting negotiations with the customer andSubcontractors.This Proposal Manager Asc(Entry Level) position requires close coordinationof technical and schedule requirements withinternal Lockheed Martin Subject Matter Experts. TheProposal Manager Asc (Entry Level) must be ableto work effectively in fast paced and dynamicenvironments, must be able to learn across allbusiness functions and will support Staff levelassignments. BasicQualifications:· Bachelors Degree in Business or related major. · Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals.· Strong organization, analytical, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills· Ability to travel if/as needed· US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
