THE ROLEWe’re Looking for a QA Lead who’s passionate about delivering a high quality player experience. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing our first title to life. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORDirecting test assignments between internal and external QA teamsDefining test cases and reporting for all featuresManaging bug tracking system, workflow, and regressionCollaborating with feature owners to assess development plans and identify test coverage requirementsInvestigating, analyzing, and reporting bug trends and quality metricsProviding regular reports/updates on game quality to the studioHelping establish QA best practices that ensure high quality resultsConsistently improving processes and procedures to boost test efficiency where possibleContributing to concept, direction, and gameplay for all Mountaintop projectsCreating a team culture that prides itself on excellence, innovation, trust, and respectABOUT YOUA love for playing and making amazing gamesExperience shipping PC and/or console titlesExperience working with external QA teamsExperience working on first-person or third-person shootersSelf-motivated and eager to contribute to many different areas of developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solver who can simplify and resolve issues quicklyCapacity to build and implement innovative testing procedures and materialsDemonstrated success driving test results and improving game qualityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working with Unreal EngineExperience working on networked multiplayer gamesExperience work on games-as-a-service titlesExperience with Localization testingExperience with PC compatibility testingExperience with major console certifications and submissionsExperience with UR / UX testingPERKSMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance (100% of premiums paid)401k planFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Unlimited PTORemote-work FriendlyApply tot his job
