Then Abilities Network is the employer for you! We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to work as part of our growing Community & Employment Partners Team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will• Enter PCP, SIP, DSAT and Funding Sources into ETO. Tracks plan approval in LTSS, communicates with Service Coordinators and DDA when there are delays or clarification requests.Activates/Deactivates Funding Sources, PCPs and Goals in ETO based on LTSS status. • Coordinate and communicate with CEP services staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of all documentation. • Reviews, signs, and send DSA to CCS. • Ensure HRST Disability matches ETO disability. • Compile and process OHDS Transportation Services. • Assist to reshape and design PCP submission process identifying and recommending opportunities to build in efficiencies. • Assist with CDS Virtual Services as needed.• Assist with administrative and office support as assigned. You must have1. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. 2. Ability to prioritize and balance a multitude of work assignments. 3. Ability to proactively meet deadlines for compliance or other required tasks. 4. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through all means of communication (e-mail, phone, in person, virtual). 5. Strong ability to interact professionally and comfortably with staff and outside partners. 6. Good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition needed to work with personality types.7. Strong ability to problem-solve and discern more complex issues, reporting them to the manager/supervisor. 8. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other required and web-based platforms. 9.
