Real Estate Content Operations + Social Media Manager
About the Role AFC Mortgage Group is growing a relationship-driven content program for our internal brand and select real estate partners. We produce short-form video content (property tours, business spotlights, podcasts) and repurpose it across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. We are hiring a virtual Content Operations & Social Media Manager to own the coordination, publishing, repurposing, and performance tracking of this content. This role works closely with outsourced video editors and real estate partners to ensure consistent, high-quality output—without leadership needing to manage day-to-day execution. This is an operations-focused role, not an on-camera or heavy editing position. Key Responsibilities Content Coordination & Workflow • Manage raw video intake from shoots (property tours, spotlights, podcasts) • Coordinate timelines and deliverables with outsourced video editors • Review edits for accuracy, branding, captions, and platform readiness • Maintain a clean, organized content library and publishing calendar Repurposing Engine (High Priority) • Turn each video into multiple assets, including: • Short-form clips • Carousel posts • Quote graphics • Story content • Build and manage a repeatable repurposing process so no content is wasted • Extend one shoot into 30–60 days of usable content Social Media Posting & Account Management • Publish content across: • Instagram • Facebook • YouTube Shorts • LinkedIn • Write and optimize captions using trained hooks and copy frameworks • Apply hashtags, CTAs, and formatting best practices by platform • Schedule content in advance and ensure consistency Performance Tracking & Reporting • Track monthly performance metrics, including: • Views • Engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) • Follower growth • Maintain month-over-month tracking for: • AFC Mortgage Group accounts • Select real estate partner accounts • Identify trends and flag high-performing content themes Agent & Partner Support • Serve as the point of contact for realtor partners regarding content • Communicate what is being posted and when • Help partners feel supported, organized, and confident in the process • Collect testimonials, feedback, and content wins for case studies Program Development Support • Assist in building and maintaining: • Agent Content Program materials • Case studies and examples for prospective partners • Help document workflows and SOPs as the program scales What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills • Strong organization and project management skills • Experience managing social media accounts or content workflows • Comfortable coordinating with outsourced vendors • Clear written communication • Ability to manage multiple accounts without dropping balls • Self-starter who thrives in a virtual environment Preferred (But Not Required) • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or local service businesses • Familiarity with short-form video platforms • Basic design experience (Canva or similar) • Understanding of content repurposing strategies What This Role Is Not • Not an on-camera role • Not a full video editor • Not an influencer or personal brand position This role is about execution, consistency, and scale.
