Responsibilities:• Handle complex land use issues, including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, and city development contracts• Navigate and apply local land development codes• Attend in-person zoning and planning meetings• Provide strategic guidance and articulate legal strategies to clients• Manage multiple projects under pressure with exceptional judgmentQualifications:• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferred)• Active Texas Bar license or commitment to obtain promptly• Excellent academic credentials and professional references• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Apply tot his job
