Real Estate Project Manager (Administrative Officer 3)
About the positionResponsibilities• Support the statewide space optimization and utilization plan. • Identify barriers faced by the Bureau of Real Estate team and track efforts to align with agency goals. • Improve service delivery for Pennsylvanians by fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. • Manage engagement and coordinate co-location opportunities between state agencies. • Lead change management efforts to prepare stakeholders for new processes and environments. • Track multi-million dollar projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.• Develop standardized policies and procedures for space management across the Commonwealth. • Engage with city and county officials to align objectives and overcome jurisdictional challenges. • Work with the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to develop and report on space utilization metrics. • Prepare and deliver progress reports to leadership and external stakeholders. • Promote cross-functional collaboration and lead pre- and post-project evaluations. Requirements• One year as an Administrative Officer 2; or• Four years of experience in progressively responsible office management, including personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and training from a four-year college or university; or• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.• Valid Class C driver's license.
