Receptionist - Centralized Scheduling (Remote, Hybrid or On-Site)
Position Summary: Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs, policies and practices involving patient encounters and provider scheduling. The Receptionist - Centralized Scheduling is accountable to the Registration Manager for accuracy of registration processes as they relate to the revenue cycle and is directly responsible to the Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily registration operations and accountable to Director of Communications for department objectives.• Accurately handle 60-100 calls per day including incoming and outgoing volume• Maintain department standard audit error rate• Maintain a not ready time of 25% or less (IE, 6 hours for an 8-hour work schedule)• Maintain Holzer attendance policy• Accurately schedule for assigned queue while delivering highest level of customer serviceEducation & Experience Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years experience in service related field preferred Apply tot his job
