Recruiter, B2B Agency
Job Description:• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations, sales)• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding• Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting software• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs• Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirementsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments• Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)• Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools• BONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agency• BONUS: Experience recruiting for creative/marketing (eg.Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist) roles, and a good eye for design• Ability to work in any time zoneBenefits:• Competitive pay, always in US dollars• Work remotely from the comfort of your home• Health & wellness benefit• Paid holidays and time off• Performance and referral bonuses• Global exposure to the world’s best companies Apply tot his job
