Overview Employer Industry: Fragrance and Flavor Industry Why consider this job opportunity • Salary up to $70,000 annually • Opportunity for career advancement within a family-owned company with a century-long tradition • Collaborative and innovative work environment • Chance to work with a dedicated team ensuring compliance with industry regulations • Involvement in sustainable practices and customer-centric approaches • Opportunity for occasional travel and remote work flexibility What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Assist the Regulatory team in maintaining compliance with governmental and industry regulations for product manufacture and sale • Support the vendor approval process by collecting and reviewing documentation for raw material suppliers • Prepare and submit regulatory documents to customers and external parties in a timely manner • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and emerging regulations and standards to ensure product quality • Promote a safe food culture by accurately completing required paperwork and maintaining a clean workspace What is Required (Qualifications) • Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline is preferred • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant on-the-job experience; 2+ years in regulatory or related field experience is acceptable without a degree • Knowledge of Organic Chemistry is a plus • Familiarity with SQF, cGMP, and HACCP programs is advantageous • Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience in the Flavor, Fragrance, and/or Chemical industry • Knowledge of regulations related to DEA, DOT, and FDA • Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and communicate findings effectively Brand and Community #FragranceIndustry #RegulatoryCompliance #CareerOpportunity #FamilyOwnedBusiness #SustainablePractices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
