We are a growing remote Canadian accounting and tax firm looking to hire two part-time Administrative Assistants to support our team during tax season and beyond. These positions begin with light onboarding and training immediately, with core work starting January–June 2026, and ongoing year-round part-time support afterward. We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy admins who communicate clearly, follow structured processes, and enjoy supporting a busy accounting workflow.
