Void Consulting Services & Solutions (P) Ltd is seeking anAdvanced Growth Insights & AI Analyst to leverage analytics and AI tools to uncover growth opportunities. The role involves building AI-driven dashboards, supporting machine learning deployment, and enhancing data infrastructure to promote data literacy and provide insights for leadership decision-making. Responsibilities• Identify Growth Opportunities: Use analytics, predictive modeling, and GenAI tools to uncover actionable insights• Build AI-Driven Dashboards: Develop dynamic dashboards with foresight and prescriptive recommendations• Support ML Deployment: Help implement and monitor models for sales recommendations, churn prediction, and forecasting• Enable Agentic AI: Assist in creating and testing AI-driven workflows across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Oracle Cloud• Strengthen Data Infrastructure: Partner with Data Engineering to ensure scalable pipelines for AI-native analytics• Promote Data Literacy: Maintain the data catalog and support self-service analytics initiatives• Provide Executive Insights: Deliver clear visualizations and summaries for leadership decision-makingSkills• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science• Proficient in Python or R, and SQL• Highly experienced with Power BI and Tableau• Familiarity with Generative AI and Machine Learning tools• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills• Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities• US based candidates with valid VISACompany Overview• Void solutions, a fast-growing company is transforming the way business works seamlessly.It was founded in 2013, and is headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, CAN, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
