The role involves setting up contact flows, integrations, security, and troubleshooting to enhance the performance of the contact center. Responsibilities• Deploy and configure Amazon Connect instances• Develop contact flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic• Integrate with banking systems (CRM, authentication, databases)• Implement security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC)• Troubleshoot and optimize performance.Skills• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect deployment, scripting, and integrations. • Strong understanding of AWS cloud security and compliance standards in banking. • Familiarity with contact center best practices and IVR development. • AWS certifications are preferred.
