[Remote] Analyst/Senior Analyst, Customer Insights

The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Customer Insights role involves creating high-value analytics and reports to aid in improving healthcare delivery and supporting customer needs. Responsibilities• Develop data models to support Arcadia's products and analytics• Deliver customer facing dashboards utilizing Amazon’s QuickSight product• Work withSenior / Lead Analyst to build out product components using Snowflake, dbt, and SAS• Collaborate with talented colleagues – Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists – across teamsSkills• Experience and familiarity with medical economics and quality• Comfortable speaking with internal stakeholders about their goals and objectives and translating those into concrete deliverables• Experience analyzing claims data• Experience with project planning and timeline management on complex analytic projects• Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL or SAS• Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI• Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving• Experience working at or with government agencies, behavioral healthcare providers• A passion for communicating data through clear and compelling visual design• Experience with healthcare quality measure specifications• Experience with the AWS platform and writing Athena queries• Advanced SQL skills or familiarity with other languages such as Python or R• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence• Experience using statistical modeling and/or machine learningBenefits• Competitive compensation and amazing benefits including FTO• A flexible, remote friendly company with personality and heart• Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional developmentCompany Overview• Arcadia helps providers, payers, and government organizations transform healthcare data into predictive insights that drive better outcomes, increase revenue, and reduce costs.It was founded in 2002, and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
