JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. • 3+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including commercial, professional liability, products liability, insurance defense/coverage, class actions, torts, breach of contract/warranty, and/or personal injury.• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas. Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial. Provide strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution. Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
