[Remote] Atlassian AI Consultant (m/f/d)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. XALT is a company focused on supporting organizations in their digital transformation journey. As an Atlassian AI Consultant, you will help clients optimize their collaboration and agile processes using Atlassian and AI tools, while managing projects and coordinating the internal development team. Responsibilities • Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices and advise them on the right Atlassian products for their collaboration and work processes • Analyse and specify business requirements, processes and concepts and create solution designs • Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence (e.g., digital workplaces) • Configure workflows in Jira to digitise and automate business processes • Manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros Skills • Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence • Minimum 3 years of project experience working with clients • Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; service and customer orientation are a given • High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style • Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork • Fluent English; German skills are a plus • Ideally, Atlassian certification or interest in it • Several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo) • Experience managing projects independently Benefits • Permanent contract with long-term prospects in a forward‑looking company; full‑time or part‑time. • Flexible working hours and remote work – work from anywhere in the USA or in our offices in Germany if you prefer. • Training opportunities and certifications (e.g., ITIL, ACP, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and more). • Self‑determined work and creative freedom with the courage to try new things. • Modern IT equipment (MacBook or Windows PC) and a team culture with start‑up spirit, team events, spontaneous celebrations and virtual meetings. • Access to offices, colleagues, coffee and refreshments if you choose to work from our offices. • Focus on team cohesion and personal and professional development.
